Never had any issues with British Monomarks. They deal with all my mail and phone calls and are on top of sending mail out and dealing with customers calls. Used them for over 10 years now and wouldn't change....

This company's service is like 5 star hotel service. They are always ready to help, always inform when parcels have arrived. My partner and I live temporarily away from London, and had in the past friends dealing with our post (last 5 years). However when we started to use British Monomark's services , our life has been so much easier and we can now feel much more secure with our post service . I have other friends which been using other similar companies &services with very mixed responses mainly negative) , and we were very concern when we signed the contract almost 4 years ago with British Monomark to handle our postal service. In all these years they have not failed even once .Their staff is always ready to help, what ever extra request we have had. I highly recommend their services.They are reliable and trustful company to deal with all your postal requirements . few times we were expecting very important mail, and they contacted us, as soon as mail had arrived

Have used these guys since 2013 and have had mail forwarded to Thailand , the US ...Spain etc . My family have collected post on my behalf and I’ve popped in on occasion myself. Service has always been excellent and any problems faced have been resolved with calm courtesy . Special call out to Raymond and Yvonne

In short: Highly recommended. Almost two years of faultless service now. As co-director of a small firm of contractors, I'm happy I took the advice of some fellow contractors and went with this lot rather than the sub-par competition. Prompt and courteous service, no hassle, competitive and transparent pricing with no hidden costs or nasties lurking in the small print. All correspondence from HMRC and suppliers delivered on time.

Staff are rude. I'm not a direct customer but use this address for registered office and post forwarding. Called regarding a letter I had been waiting on, the woman I spoke to was very rude. As soon as I mentioned I hadn't received something her attitude was very short and unprofessional. I appreciate I'm not a direct customer but she didn't know that before she was impolite - so clearly more than happy to be rude to someone she thinks is a customer having a problem. Then acted put out that she had to deal with me - to be fair my mail does go to this building and I can pick it up there so it wasn't as if my call was unwarranted. Frankly I'm glad I'm with 1st Choice Formations and not a direct customer ! Spoke to 1st Choice and it was rectified in 20 seconds and without any sass.

In response to your reply, your explanation of events is a complete fabrication. Your staff were rude at the beginning of the call when they thought I WAS a direct customer. Once advised you couldn't help I said thanks and put the phone down and called the relevant number you provided. I was not told repeatedly nor did I become frustrated that you couldn't help. Your response shows some of your staff do not care and take no interest or pride in providing good customer service - which is certainly a shame as I had a very good experience when calling in just recently and was going to update the review to a better score because of this. But given your response I haven't. Whether I'm a direct customer or through a third party my call is valid if you can't help that understandable, but being rude a customer because they've called with an issue is unacceptable especially when its before you established that individual needs to go through a third party. I think your response shows a lack of empathy or consideration for the customer experience.
