Post Office Forest Hill Road

I've been in here twice, both times the line has been out of the door and stationary. I don't know what the issue is, understaffed? Lazy? Poorly managed? Maybe the worst post office I've ever been in, which is really saying something.

2 staff. 1 always on the phone giggling holding a pen in her hand pretending to work. While the other one is not able to cope with all the customers waiting to post items.

Friendly post office staff but quite often understaffed so busy. Owner can be a bit particular about letting too many people into the shop so often the queue goes out of the door.

Grim. Owners rude. Crammed what was a good place full of junk and got rid of all the good magazines. Avo

Always able to deal with any postal services I need. Also provide good stationery although expensive. Can be quiet if you’re lucky.

I’m always satisfied with my visit to this post office. The Man & Lady who work there always greet you with a smile and crack a joke to brighten up your day. Throughout covid there were massive queues and an influx in demand, but still they were able to ensure the service was good. Thank you.

I go here regularly to post parcels for my small business and staff and always friendly and helpful even when it's really busy! They are always patient even when I have a large amount to send. Highly recommend!

Staff are the most helpful and welcoming. I’ve been there many many times and always left happy - even on very busy days.
