Royal Mail Plaistow Delivery Office

They deserve less than start! They just leave the card for collection and when I came to collect they are in strike!! So funny no idea what the strike for if you don’t even deliver! So bad service.

Absolutely disgraceful service. They never call me even i leave note on a doot with my phone number as you need cose to access my building. Worse company ever !
But people working in a delivery office are nice.

I live in Barking Road And this door is one apartment on the second floor, and I do not have a common neighbor in this entrance , I don't have a doorbell, so when I track mail via tracking number I leave the door open and the light is on But due to the laziness of your employees and their unprofessionalism, they leave the card and close the door .
Why do I always have to come to High Road to pick up my mail? Why do I have to walk twenty minutes to receive my important letters and parcels that I have been waiting for? Why doesn't the postman come to my apartment door to deliver my mail, and this is his profession?
What the mail delivery staff do shows dishonesty and professionalism with impunity from accountability .
Very bad service, is your job to leave the cards? Why not do your work professionally and professionally? Why do you contribute to the collapse of the Royal Mail services to catch up with the rest of the collapses in the service institutions.

Poor service they never ring the bell to give the parcel. They just make people to collect the stuff

I have had to complain about the unprofessional of the Plaistow RM staff here to the Plaistow Delivery Office Manager AND to Royal Mail Head Office and failure to deliver signed for special delivery parcels, 24 he next day signed for delivery parcels as well as any other parcels for things like books etc. Our letters to our building come through in heaped bundles - rather than everyday in its genuine normal way that our neighbors receive their letters. I wonder where ours get stashed until they do a letter dump drop? The Royal Mail HQ took action and is looking into why the staff are not using the Postman key to our main etrance that they were given and trusted with years ago. The service has been disgraceful ever since Graham our usual Postman left them.

Waited for my item they emailed me tgey had, to be delivered..the address never had my door number so without even trying to contact me to come in and verify using the tracking number they returned it.. no effort nothing now I'm out of pocket and no parcel.. ridiculous..England services are nothing of what they use to be.. 3rd world underdeveloped disgusting desperate things. Makes the few and I mean very few gd workers left lives hard..

Fantastic service from my local delivery office, amazing staff who are always helpful and go that extra mile in customer service.

Such a friendly and helpful bunch of lads working at this delivery office, for customers who need to pick up parcels - seriously, so many times now they've gone over and above to help me out when I go there to pick up parcels, or even just enquire about whether they have anything for me.

I cannot say enough good things about all the guys that greet customers at that little pick up kiosk. Highly recommended.

Sadly, though, I cannot say anywhere near the same of whoever actually comes out to deliver mail to our houses round here - so many times they don't knock / ring at all, and just leave post outside to get nicked or damaged by the great British weather, and those "While You Were Out" cards are almost never filled in sufficiently - there's nearly always vital info. missing from them. Sometimes they're even completely blank. 🤦🏻‍♀️ More often than not, the little bit of info. that is on there is genuinely illegible.

It's a shame that the poor delivery service spoils the reputation of that particular office, because I can honestly say that the customer service at the pick-up kiosk is absolutely fantastic.
