No internet, which is a joke as Royal Mail are a huge organisation. And I called their Head Office this morning to check, as they also didn’t have internet yesterday. Head Office confirmed they are open today. But they’re not. How can Royal Mail not have internet, OR a redundancy plan, and also head office be seemingly unaware the branch isn’t open? Disorganised timewasters.

Instead of delivering the parcel when I am literally at home (have you tried knocking or maybe a door bell?) they leave the card ‘sorry we missed you’. When I came to collect the parcel during opening hours (9:10am Thursday) they are closed for some reason. Clearly whoever is running it doesn’t care at all.

The people inside are nice, but the place looks absolutely disastrous.

I had to go down to the sorting office to sort out a parcel that eBay were incapable of sorted out and I saw a lovely lad a manager in charge called Russell I explained my situation that I needed the parcel for Christmas for my Grandson and he said that he would get it sorted for me and true to his word he did I got a phone call 3 hours later at 1pm to come and collect. I would like to say a big Thankyou to Russell for all your help you saved the day and your customer service was superb thank you once again Russell and I wish you all the very best for the future and a very Happy Christmas Jo 🎅🎄⛄️X

Absolutely disgraceful holding peoples parcels to ransom because of strikes, funny how there are people out delivering yet nobody to hand out property that is not belonging to them.

The place where you never want to be... if you really have to go there, be strong, and good luck!

Every single time I arrange a redelivery they forget part of it when it includes several parcels even if the number of total items is given online. So I end up having to still make my way there and hope they are not closed even if advertised as open (also happens quite often) or that I don’t have to spend 2 hrs waiting to pick up a parcel that they either forgot to bring to me as part of of a redelivery or the postman couldn’t bother to leave with concierge.
Appalling in general, always find my self wishing my parcels don’t come via Royal Mail and they come instead by any other courier.

If they're determined to make you wait in a queue for your packages for what seems like hours! Then at least give us the courtesy to stand in a clean and safe environment. We should expect more from a North London branch.

Issues that need to be addressed immediately by management.

1. Get a cleaner or two.
2. Hire extra staff to serve and collect parcels from the back.
3. Cut back the trees and bushes, so it's actually safe for you to stand in the car park in that ridiculous long queue.
