Royal Mail - Sidcup Delivery Office

THis service is a waste of time if the PO claim to have delivered the parcel yet it has not been received. Times like this you need to be able to speak to an operator. The service is really not good enough. There is noone to speak to if your package has been delievered, yet it has not been received. Clearly the package has been delivered to the incorrect address but the PO has NOT left a card in the door to indicate this. How can we check who signed the parcel if this service does not allow you to speak to a person.

This delivery centre is quite difficult to access by car as there is very little parking nearby. Some people park on the pavement out front but there's always a risk in doing that.
I cannot fault the service and helpfulness of this place. Never had a bad experience. Today the man on the counter went out of his way to assist me in a fruitless endeavour.

I had organised for my parcel to be redelivered so this was not easy to find. Peter was unflustered and polite at all times

Poor opening times. Unpleasant staff that appear don't want to be there. And royal mail very expensive. Parcels that other companies leave in a secure place. R mail take back. Very disappointed. We do not use royal mail nowadays.

Had my parcel delivered directly to the sorting office because i work full time. So easy.

Open hours are shocking, closed on sundays and only open from 8am-12pm on a Saturday, have to find time in the week to collect parcels

Hours have been adjusted to be more helpful. I only wish it was more client friendly and facing when it comes to post issues. There's no public reception or easy way to escalate local issues or questions with this branch. You have to go on a convoluted time wasting series of messages via head office phone automation when a simple call to a local branch would suffice.
