Went to collect a parcel, now only open for 2 hours. No wonder it’s a mess and why people are using other carriers.
Tried calling to get parcel redirected - a 40 minute wait - sooner it goes bust the better.

Ridiculous opening times. How can it only be open 2 hours a day?

Staff come and go. Some are knowledgable and helpful. Occasionally I get this elderly gentleman, who, honestly, should be pensioned off. On the whole, service is fine. Not friendly, just fine! Though recently, there is a lovely young lady there who is friendly and efficient. A breath of fresh air in an otherwise staid atmosphere.

Postman never knock or ring doorbell. Collection is only open for two hours a day so if you work you can't get your parcel.
