Royal Mail

Hi,
Called Royal Mail directly to ask them about how to swap the old stamps over and they told me to go to the nearest Royal Mail which for me is the crow lane one, went there and waisted my journey as their staff told me they cannot swap them over here and you need to fill in a form and send it yourself, even after confirming with them what Royal Mail said over the phone they did not do anything about it. Waste of travel time and nothing was done.

My Local post office is half hour from my house on the car and when i go there to pick my parcel- is closed!!! :(

Turned up here as asked and it’s shut. What has happened to the postal service. so expensive, so poor and a disgrace

Manager was so obnoxious and rude. I attempted to collect a letter for my mother, unfortunately she has no photo id at 86 and has dementia, I produced my id with photo and a certificate of insurance with my mother's name. He would not hand it over, its a disgrace and no wonder Royal Mail are in such a mess. Item is now being returned back to sender. What the hell, its a disgrace.

Quick in and out. Found my parcel easily. Lots of parking and open till late

My sister paid £7.00 for a parcel to be delivered Thursday, they got no answer so took it away and the earliest redivery is Monday. What a rip off, other parcels all get left outside with no problems and why cant they deliver Saturday. Shall be wanting compensation for my sister for the extra she paid for guaranteed delivery.

Just a general post office sorting depot, staff are usually always polite and efficient.

never had a problem I just got there when it was closed lol
