This company has one of the best customer service I have ever known, I purchased one of their Ecovectors at least 5 years ago from a sotckest who after sending a broken unit would do nothing to fix the problem. Just one phone call to Smiths solved my problem by sending a replacement. I now have a fault and was concerned if spares were available. Again one call and they are sending the faulty part free of charge. What service !

Agree with previous review. Excellent customer service - when our 4 year old space saver units started to falter, they unquestioningly replaced them free of charge very promptly. Very impressive
