Sent my old exhaust back from Germany, and expected to have to order a new one. Quill re-packed it and sent it back within a week. No charge and on guarantee! Haven´t ever experienced that level of service here in Germany. So I ordered a new custom Quill `Lobster claw´ for my CCM Flat Tracker. Couldn´t have done it without Jim´s help on the `phone and e-mail. Perfect fit, BSAU-numbered (so the TÜV´s OK) and it´s now got a very healthy bark.

Contacted about new exhaust, went down and spoke to Jim (faith in humanity restored) returned following week, exhaust fitted to 95 Triumph Speed Triple, looks and sounds the part, very happy customer!

Took an old Quill GP1 I had for a link pipe making up and a round damaged Max Torque Can that had been pushed in against the rear brake calliper. I took it along thinking he could use the slip on as part of the link pipe fabrication as to me it was for the trash. I sat and waited for around an hour (pre booked appointment) and he brought both cans out. Take a look at what he fixed!!! I nearly fell over. The exhaust skin is the same one I took in. He some how rolled it back into shape!! Very skilled, and top-quality workmanship from this company. Will be going back for sure!! Thank you!!
