Toolstream

For the last year Toolstream have been a nightmare to deal with. All our orders take roughly 6 weeks to get to us. We have lost a lot of business due to late deliveries. Contacting customer support is a waste of time as they just apologise and do nothing to make the service better. Avoid if you can.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Andy and the team at Toolstream. Very professional in their dealings with me, polite, courteous and very efficient too. Great communications and very accomodating with questions and answers. I am happy to recommend their services :-)

As a large on-line retailer for Toolstream we stock a huge range of their products and get through 5-7 pallets of stock on a weekly basis, with very minimal returns. On the rare instances where we experience a problem this is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

In summary, a good quality product at an excellent price, backed by a very good customer service department which is essential when dealing with this kind of product.

coming from an authorised stockist of Silverline Tools supplied by Toolstream we would like to praise them for their excellent service & speedy delivery. They are always helpful with any enquiries and deal with credits instantly.

As a Dealer working with Toolstream since BPT sold out we have found that most of time things work well, however, there does seem to be a lack of support in some areas and at times it is near impossible to talk to anyone. The ordering process is very easy and deliveries are reliable for 90% of the time. A good range of some products but we would like to see more professional quality branded products instead of some of the dreadful cheap products supplied which would not entertain stocking or supplying to our customers.

BEWARE, this company operates a premium rate number which charges you a fortune to call them. Try and find an alternative number or deal with a dofferent company who don't charge you to call them!

As a long serving customer I am very pleased with the service I have received, Tony & John at Toolstream have been very supportive and continue to go that extra mile and a credit to the company.
