Unfortunately the I would not recommend the NICE company a they do NOT provide real servicing after a sale, nor any detailed schematics for repairing their automation. Basically if you are unlucky enough to have issues with these automation, you are a candidate for more purchasing of their stuff and increase of electric waste. Shame on you NICE from wherever you are from. This has to change.

Absolute disgrace terrible customer service , awful after sale service . Do not hold their own stock wile other resellers do . Products are poor quality . I am a customer who had their product fitted by installer I have witnessed how poor guy had to deal with them non stop and than I have asked to take a part as I was end of line customer they were rude and said they will not deal with me what so ever and “quote “ I don’t care who you are we will not deal with you as you are not the customer who paid as but I actually was . Shame on companies like you … nothing else to add…. would not recommend for an enemy
