I contacted Sizzix to check availability of a broken part on a friend's die cutting machine. Unable to describe the part, I sent a photograph and within a short amount of time, was emailed identifying the bit and requesting my address so a replacement could be dispatched. I kid you not, it was posted almost immediately and the whole thing from start to finish, took less than 2 full days!! Although I offered to pay, both the part and the postage were free of charge. The absolute best customer service anyone could ask for. Big pat on the back from me, Thank you Amy for all your help

Really quick delivery and communication but the postage was astronomical and excessive, huge box for what would have fitted in an A4 padded envelope.

Totally awful company. Don't supply online goods despite saying they have stock, but hang on to your money. Had to get PayPal to refund.
