Royal Clarence Waterside & Marina

This review pertains to the 'Royal Clarence Yard' and not the 'Marina' element of this development and is is altered at the request of the site owner. If you can find the 2 restaurants here, well done. Awfully signage and directions. Read the parking notices carefully so as not to be caught out. Room for improvement.

Had a lovely little walk around, couple of little cafes and right next to the waters edge. You have a great view of Portsmouth and the harbour. Definitely worth a little trip if you are done that way.

Nice place for a walk in a nice area. Still needs a bit more work and a few more shops to be perfect.

Great marina, not one we've visited before. More to do on the otherside, in Portsmouth but you can get the ferry across. Quiet.

First time into the Royal Clarence and I can't understand why we haven't been before. Really helpful team when booking on the phone. Very good toilet/shower facilities. Much quieter night sleep, as the berths seem more protected than other Portsmouth options. Definitely coming again!

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful

A fantastic Marina, very sheltered, all tide access, great management, facility cleanliness is ‘hotel like’ just cannot fault the marina. There are no on site boat facilities but all are close at hand.
A quiet night is always spent here, do not let the proximity to the towns put you off, also great clientele, all friendly and helpful
