All good so far, apart from the trials and tribulations of using payment methods in a field ;-) and excellent product and lovely company to deal with.

Purchased a Frigomatic FM200 BD35 Kit to install in Yacht. After conversations and advice from Penguin Refrigeration, confident will be able to install .Excellent service and nice people to deal with, highly recommend.
Will up date after installation is done .

I just wanted to say thank you for your efficiency. And to say how great the contractor was. Fridge all fixed in under a week from first contact with you. Wish all companies were like this.

Great company and very knowledgable - only slight moan - there must have been a issue with my last order - shipped on the 9th September and delivered 6th October when I was advised of a 3-5 day delivery - compounded by the fact that I had to pay £1.50 to have it delivered as Penguin had underpaid the postage!
Additional comment:- as soon as Penguin realised something had not been ideal i was immediatly contacted and remedial action taken by Penguin - as always great customer service and responses from them

Very good customer service. They took their time to answer all my questions and to explain me the procedure. I broke my fridge by accident and they replaced the part and send it back to me. The engineer in the workshop was also extremely helpful, giving me some advise about the general installation of the fridge, not just the incident. Now it is working like a charm!

Great staff and excellent service! It is not often you phone a company and the person answering your call knows exactly what part you are looking for!! Very impressed! Well done👍

Really great customer service, and for someone who nothing about fridges they really helped and advised. We will definitely use them again and can highly recommend.

Great company. Steve was super helpful and fixed my fridge perfectly. The whole service was immaculate. Quite blown away by the whole experience to be honest.
