Spoke to Ruby today the Service Director about having out boat blacked. Our boat is too big but the customer service and information she gave was fabulous especially as we wouldn't be a customer. Plenty of advice and alternatives were offered. Much appreciated. Thank you

You can't get better service than this, my port side engine started to overheat in Kingston on the way to Ramsgate so I moored up and phoned Lindon Lewis Marine, I got put through to Ruby, I explained the problem and said I dont know what to do, I'm totally stuck, Ruby said leave it with me and she phoned back 30 minuets later and said an engineer will be with you shortly, the guy who turned up was a total genius, withen 10 minuets he had found loads of old impeller debris restricting the raw water flow and after clearing them all out an hour later he run up the engine and it run perfectly, I really can't thank you enough Ruby and the genious that you sent to repair my boat, thank you so much.

We drove through on bank holiday Saturday to find the shop closed. The lady at the office said they were open, we saw a young man called Conner who works at the shop, we explained what we wanted and without hesitation he reopened the store for us to make our purchase. If we could we would give him 10 stars for the best ever customer service. We need more men like him. Well done Conner, we will be back for more shopping.

Ruby and Pete went above and beyond to help us recover our broken down boat back to the Marina. Really impressive service, highly recommended.

Amazing service, Ruby was a lifesaver not once but twice during a very eventful boat trip where we needed parts, and on a bank holiday! My girlfriend popped into the shop on 17th August 21 after my electrics failed & I was unable to raise the outboard up to take boat out of water onto trailer.
I remained on the boat trying to operate manual tilt when I was joined by Max from Shepperton Marina who was extremely helpful.
My girlfriend spoke to Russell in the shop who I'd originally purchased the boat from (Whally) who was very unhelpful & eventually persuaded into selling a fuse from display outboard which he happily charged £4:20 for.
The fuse blew again & I purchased more from Bridge Marine an hour later for 50p.
Having purchased two boats from Lindon Lewis & had them serviced I have never had good service & won't be returning.
Highly recommended Bridge Marine who couldn't do enough for me.
Hopefully Lindon Lewis will get a delivery of more fuses with some happy pills.

I needed to service my two Volvo Penta outdrives and as the boat was going onto hard standing sooner than first thought I needed all the parts and gear oil ASAP. I spoke to Ruby on the phone and everything was ordered. I got a call the next day to say all the parts were ready to collect, including parts that had to be ordered. I would highly recommend Lindon Lewis Marine as the service received was outstanding.

I have been mooring at Shepperton Marina for 20 years and Lindon Lewis Marine have serviced and repaired my boats (a Broom 29 followed by a Sheerline 950) throughout that time. Their current engineers, particularly Felix and Pete, are first rate and Ruby and Lisa who run the office are always charming, helpful and efficient.
