Jodie & Mel are very dedicated to what they do. Professional & friendly, both classes (Kids & Adults) are well structured & give a great pathway to learning & developing skills within karate.

If you want a fun interesting way to keep fit I would recommend.

I joined a few months ago and look forward to my class each week. It's got a great atmosphere, the instructors Mel and Jodie are lovely and enthusiastic. The classes are fun but technical and practical. Would highly recommend!

My daughter has been attending for two years & i’m really pleased with White Dragons.

It’s a really supportive, fun & suitably disciplined environment for the youngsters.

It’s been a great way for my daughter to learn a discipline, gain body confidence, make new friends, stay fit & understand the responsibility which comes with learning a martial art. It's also good value for money & they don't tie you in to a long-term membership, so you can try it out and pay per session.

Sensei Jody & Senpai Mel are patient, excellent teachers and by example they’re two wonderfully positive role models - especially for young girls.

My son is a White Dragon and it's excellent. There's a good balance between discipline and fun and he's certainly seeing the physical benefits of the training. Looks forward to it every week.

Really good fun.. had no idea I would enjoy it so much. Greatly helped by the very female oriented nature of the class. I’ve learnt lots and improved general fitness is a bonus
