Evolution Martial Arts Centre

Brilliant classes, been going for a couple of months and I’m enjoying every session, training along a friendly group that are also European champions Is amazing!! Despite all their medals they hold not one of them shows any sign of arrogance or over confidence.

Having tried some clubs prior for a couple of sessions, they are some big heads out there, which is a shame because the training is good, but you feel uncomfortable as a new comer, like no one wants to pair with you, and when they do all that happens is you end up holding the pad for them and get the impression they would rather be paired with someone else. Not welcoming at all, and other clubs just don’t deliver on training but are friendly. So finding evolution which delivers on all levels is a god send. Can’t recommend enough.

I have trained with Evolution Martial Arts for over 10 years now and I’ve always enjoyed the training environment. I have trained in Taekwondo, Kickboxing and even Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’ve always been impressed by how welcoming the instructors and other students are as well as the instruction and skills learnt in each session. The lessons are well structured and with a good intensity where you feel you get a great workout. It’s clear to see why lead instructor, Francis, is on the England TKD coaching staff with his knowledge and clarity which has given me the confidence to even compete at competitions, where I’ve been lucky enough to come away with a few gold medals. The main thing I love about the club is that it feels like an extended family where I’ve made lots of friends and connections, many of which I’m friends with away from the club. I couldn’t recommend Evolution Martial Arts highly enough - and with the variety of lessons for all ages, I recommend it to everyone!

I have had nothing but great experiences with evolution martial arts over the years. The staff are friendly and really know how to coach everyone to a high standard. What ever your own personal goal is. They will help you achieve it.

The atmosphere is always great and warm. The confidence I have developed throughout my years training here has carried over into all aspects of my life including my career and I firmly believe the best decision I made was join the evolution family!

A great team providing an outstanding service. My son has been attending the Evolution Martial Arts in Taunton for the past 5 years. They are reliable, flexible, very accommodating and provide highly professional and friendly sessions. The team has been exceptional through the most difficult of times and has always been committed to help the children to improve their skills and become confident in their abilities. My son has been visiting Evolution for about a Year and he has really enjoyed it. He tried other martial arts clubs in Taunton but didn’t like them. He really likes the way the instructors treat the students, calm and patient, and is progressing very well. The way the club has handled things during the pandemic has been exemplary and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’ve been doing Taekwondo for over 2 years with evolution. It’s a great club! I’ve found the club to be welcoming and fun. The classes are fantastic for improving fitness, flexibility and confidence. Every class is different so you never get bored. Francis and the team are really encouraging and very patient. Thanks guys. Highly recommend!

Fantastic club with a really friendly atmosphere. Francis, Chrissy & Katie are excellent teachers & brilliant with kids. They always go the extra mile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Evolution Martial Arts. My 8 year old son has been going since he was 4 & he still looks forward to every lesson. Definitely give it a try.
