I have been training with instinctive a couple of years now and have found it a fantastic place ,brilliant teacher and coaching team. The clubs ethos is second to none, something for everyone. Fun, family environment; I wouldn't train anywhere else .

If you want to learn real martial arts this is the place to go. Top instruction real principles fun and friendly classes. Has a guy in my early 50 s who as trained in various martial arts most of my life i just wish that this type of instruction was available when i started.

The guys running IMA put their all into it. The child classes are brilliant and full of energy. A friendly, "family" inclusive atmosphere.
