Escape Spa and Massage

I booked an appointment for my elderly mother and due to extreme weather (Storm Eunice and Storm Franklin) she was unable to attend as the roads were flooded and blocked. She even tried to get out of her car and walk but couldn't even do that (see pics). Sadly there was no concessions or gesture of good will given in consideration of this act of God. Very unfortunate situation that there's no insurance policy in place for things like this. While it's not the venue's fault and they have a right to follow their policies, I also believe that more could be done for situations like this. There will inevitably be situations like this in the future and insurance to cover natural disasters should be given more thought to avoid upsetting clients.

Forgot to review when I came here about a year ago now all I can say is this place is amazing! Perfect service, polite staff they made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be booking again this year..best massage! x

Great setting with relaxing atmosphere, the staff is professional and listens to your needs. The room is well isolated from the sounds of traffic outside.
Easy to book, manage booking, pay, and add a tip afterwards. I wish it was possible to book appointments a few months in advance.
