Great massages. Brilliant staff. Really amazing experience in the centre. I would definitely be a regular customer if you could get a reasonably priced massage without the membership commitment.

Was purchased a couples massage as a birthday present. Arrived to a very friendly welcome however the moment the massages began the two therapists were chatting and gigging the whole time. At certain times snorting and giggling out loud. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

I've been using TMC for my monthly massages for about two years. It's a nice easy process with a good choice of expert therapists who seem well looked after by the company. I'd recommend to anyone.

I was very lucky to have won this massage through a local competition. The staff on the front desk were lovely, warm and welcoming. The lady who performed my massage was friendly if somewhat enthusiastic about telling me how “cheap” the massages were... but as far as I could tell, only on the subscription package. While we discussed what I’d like from my massage, I said I particularly enjoyed a scalp massage. I could be massaged anywhere (within reason) within my “free” massage (normally £80 to non-members) but to massage my head - I’d have to pay an additional £7. The therapist did explain how they needed more training for scalp massages which explained why there was a premium charge. I’m not sure I fully understand this and know I’ve never been charged like this before.
How I do love to have a financial discussion moments before my massage!
The massage (including scalp) was very good, but sadly can’t recommend a visit because of their extra charges.

Was gifted a massage as a birthday present and was welcomed by a lovely lady on front desk. Then had the most incredible massage with Xena. Since having my baby I have an achey lower back and shoulders and she really focused on these areas. She made me feel so relaxed and was lovely to chat to. The 50 mins flew by! Really great experience thanks so much!

The best massage clinic I have been to. The reception staff are very friendly, upbeat and professional. My masseuse Zeena has been incredible. Amazing massages, fantastic bedside manner and professionalism and great knowledge regarding the body and how to fix aches and pains. Highly recommend to all and well worth the price.

I have had 2 massages here and both have been lovely. The therapists are great communicators and front desk are very welcoming. I’ve always felt relaxed throughout the whole experience and the massage itself is incredible. Thank you!

I am already a member of The Massage Company centre and I have been having regular massages at the Tunbridge Wells center for quite a while now. With my busy work/life schedule, historic knee issues and my understanding of the importance of massages from my sports training background, I have nothing but appreciation for treatments I get.

Thanks team for your consistency in treatment from the therapists and always a sense of relaxation afterwards - such a valuable investment to me.
