I recently visited And Relax for an all over body massage. Lisa was warm, welcoming and very professional. The room and atmosphere was clean, calm and tranquil, a place you can truly relax and unwind. The massage was wonderful, perfect pressure and very soothing, I didn’t want it to end! We also talked about skin care and Lisa gave me lots of new ideas and recommended some fantastic products which I am now using and loving. I would highly recommend indulging yourself or a loved one to a treatment with Lisa.

I had a wonderful full body massage with Lisa, her style is very relaxing and technically she is very good! She was easily able to get rid of the kinks and knots that i had. I really liked the music she had playing, i nearly fell asleep. A wonderful therapist who is very professional and i would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful nurturing pedicure. Leg and feet scrub, mask and a massage with oil it was divine. . Then my toes painted with a colour of my choice.
I’d encourage those reading this to book a treatment my feet feel renewed and beautiful. Lisa creates a lovely hygienic safe space so you can relax and be pampered.
