I felt at ease. The room was relaxing are a perfect temperature. Caron is very knowledgeable on all that she offers.

Caron was wonderful. My sister and I had never had a Hopi candle treatment. The treatment helped, We’ve both noticed the sinus and lymphatic drainage and believe the pressure point massage is going to help me. Candace had just gotten over an earache and cold so it was her idea to get this. The pressure point facial massage was very relaxing. Her space is also relaxing and professional. We both enjoyed our conversations with her too. We will definitely go back if we’re in the area again (we were on vacation otherwise we’d make it a monthly treatment).

Caron is absolutely incredible - professional, knowledgeable and honestly she has been such a lovely highlight during my first year in Folkestone. She's just so kind and always flexible when I've had to move things around. I've been going to her regularly for almost four months and everything I've booked - massage and waxing - has been perfect. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Caron was very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away as I arrived a bit late and in a flap. The hot stone massage was amazing and she did a firm massage although she said to let her know if I wanted less or more - it was no problem. She worked with my body and found the knots and worked my hamstrings. Felt very relaxed at the end. Did not want it to end!

I had a hot stone full body massage along with a hopi treatment which I've never had. She did an amazing job and made me feel relaxed. Thank you Caron!!! Highly recommend you and I hope to come back again when I do visit Folkstone again.

I visited Serenity for the first time this week after my normal waxer wasn't available - and thank god she wasn't! My experience at Serenity was unlike any I have had before. Caron was so professional, knowledgeable and conscientious with my intimate waxing. While never a pleasant experience, it was one of the less painful and most thorough waxes I have had. I felt like she really cared about the result - she took the time to prep the skin beforehand, used a variety of waxes thoughtfully as required, explaining every step as she went along and coaching me through the more painful sections. The therapy room was lovely and private and WARM. Booking online was easy, and while I got a little lost in the dark on my way there I was able to ring and easily get directions. Thank you Caron, I will certainly be back :)

Caron is amazing! So professional but super welcoming, puts you at ease straight away! The best intimate wax I've ever had! I won't go anywhere else from now on! 100% recommend to anyone!
