Okay, there's a reason this place has 5 stars for all the reviews, it's because they bloody deserve it! This is the best massage I've ever had, and I've had a lot! I was a bit sceptical seeing all the positive reviews and thought I'd give it a go, I am so pleased I did! I had a full body 1hr Thai/deep tissue massage, I think the lady's name was Nio, she was extremely professional and definitely knew how to relieve the tension, especially in my traps/shoulder area. This place is an absolute gem of a find! I don't ever leave reviews but I had to for this place. The lady at the reception, Ann, was also very kind and welcoming. Will definitely be returning here again soon.

I've been going to the Health Life for quite a few years now for massages and waxing. Ann is really amazing at what she does, deep tissue and thai massage combination, and always checks to make sure the pressure is okay for you. She really goes above and beyond to get the most out of the time you have there and is always lovely and nice to deal with. Will look forward to going back once out of lockdown again. Waxing is also good, Ann is very thorough. Can't say enough nice things about her and the place, I really think the price is good too for the service you receive.

I came here today for my 3rd massage here and the service was wonderful again. The therapists here have excellent customer service and are very well trained. The rooms are a lovely and the lighting and music create a wonderful atmosphere so as you can fully zone out. The therapist kept checking with me that the pressure was ok and worked on all my tension, applying foot pressure that seems to have worked wonders! I have tried one other place in Kingston and that was today in fact as well but it was so bad that I came back here to get a "proper" massage. The therapists really know what do they are doing and you come out feeling very revitalised. Thank you very much for your wonderful service and friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Melissa

The masseuse Mary was amazing.. relaxed my whole body.. I left feeling like I have new arms and legs..rejuvenated..totally relaxed..

Me and my partner had a great massage session. They were so welcoming and polite. Ampan and Sylwia gave us deep tissue / hot stone massage. The 60 mins session was truly a worth visiting them . Highly recommended.

Mum and I tried this place last week and it was fabulous, relaxing and a great massage. They catered for both our very different needs as mum wanted a strong massage and I wanted a relaxing softer version and we both came out of the salon very happy. Thank you. Will be back!

The massage felt rushed and careless .she ended few minutes before the ending time which I wouldn’t have mind if it was a good one. Second time that Had it there, this one will be last.

had another amazing hot stones massage with Amper today and I actually fell asleep. She has been amazing with her thai massage and now hot stones massage relieving the tension throughout my body. recovering from a full hip replacement Amper has excellent attention to detail and knows how to stretch my hip without causing me any pain. I truly would be walking with a limp if it wasnt for her she is amazing and highly recommend her
