Thai Mint Beauty & Massage

As this was local to me, I thought I would compare to another massage clinic I had tried 6 times in Soho. The lobby was a lot more welcoming, with nice comfortable seating.
As for the massage, I was asked if there were any areas to focus on, I requested my back, but she spent half the time on my legs, and did a real painful job on my ankles.
With 15 minutes to go, I was asked if I wanted a Happy Ending & Body2Body, the price was more expensive than the Clinic I was comparing, and the B2B was only a topless offering, whereas I am using full nudity. I took the Happy Ending, which started in off very slow.

Such a lovely and professional massage.
Definitely worth the visit and I will definitely be going back. Really enjoyed my full body massage this afternoon. 5 stars from me.

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage today and the therapist was so lovely she worked hard to ease my back stiffness due to a pulled muscle. The place smells nice and has the authentic thai feel rooms are ok. Thank you and will be back again soon!

Terrible professionalism and customer service. I am really disappointed, the massage was rushed, and the lady that did the massage was rude, abrupt even when I said thanks for the massage she sighed and dismissed me, maybe it was this particular staff member, how terrible… and as a result no way will I return. I was not even offered a glass of water even though there were lots in the lobby area! I won’t be going back. I also mentioned this to the manager who didn’t even apologise or take any action.

I did my massage with Nike she did a good job, am happy with the service

Highly recommends clean and tidy I not been there for long time and I got problems with my both legs working hard all the times and got no times for treatment just been today Sofia the one gave me very good work out for me I’m feel so amazing after that didn’t see her for long time she is professional and good.! thank you so much Sofia and Thai mints will be back to see her again need more session I’m very appreciate and happy🙏highly recommend it’s the best massages I never had thank you so much indeed. 😊

I can't talk about their massage services, but as far as the reception and their appointment policy concerned, is bad and ridiculous.
Every time I call, they can barely speak English, they aren't so polite and they say that they do not have any slots for the day, even though they say "same day appointments only".
How is it possible to have already pre-booked appointments when I call just 5 min after they open?!
Don't waste your time! Look somewhere else! There are other decent places with same prices, and better customer service!

Amazing massage and very professional. Bee took care and time and made me feel relaxed and eased the tension in my back. Top massage from a lovely massuse definitely be going back.
