Best massage I have ever had! I had a very painful lower back for over a year, due to very tight muscles. Lorena made the pain go away in just two sessions, she knew exactly how to approach the issue and was so precise and effective. Plus she is such a kind and welcoming person - highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Lorena highly enough. She is an excellent and knowledgeable therapist who really listens and targets the problems/areas of concern. I suffer mid and lower back pain from work and carrying young children. My husband has other problem areas from his fitness and sports. Lorena is able to effectively relieve both our aches and pains and we leave feeling a thousand times better and instantly more flexible and limber. Lorena recommends stretches and exercises we can do at home to continue to help strengthen our muscles and improve our mobility. We sadly don’t live close to Lorena anymore but my husband and I will always drive the distance for an appointment as we have never found anyone who offers the kind of treatment Lorena does!
