Healthy Way Chinese Massage

New place on Holloway road. Great atmosphere, staff is friendly, and the massages are great. Rooms are a bit small, but functional. Would highly recommend!

Would not return. Booked an Indian head massage through Treatwell. Arrived at Health Way and stated I booked an Indian head massage through Treatwell. The lady on reception said ok and I paid her (£40 for 45mins). I was taken to a small but clean room. The therapist began massaging my legs and back. At this point I figured she was just warming me up and relaxing me? This massage continued for what seemed about 20mins. At this point the phone rang from reception. The therapist quickly left me to answer the phone. She answered the phone and continued the conversation in the massage room with me. Unbelievaly unprofessional behaviour! The therapist did not apolagise once off the phone either - unacceptable. By this stage I just enjoyed the massage for what it was - overpriced and not what I ordered. I will not be returning here and I suggest looking elsewhere (Kobkun) for a decent proffesional service where you will recieve the treatment you ordered in the first place. Avoid Health Way!!

I booked an appointment via google, when I arrived the front door was locked with a sign outside saying come back later, I waited for 20 minutes outside but no-one came, I tried the phone number- no answer. I came back at the time on the door suggested, but again it was locked. The booking system is critically flawed and the lack of any way to communicate with those inside is shockingly unorganised. I will not be using again.

Outstanding service, Maggie the manager and Acupunture doctor is always looking to accommodate my needs, she is very approachable and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

The massage was excellent. Amy who works Friday to Sunday was really professional and helped sort out my sciatica and stuff neck. She was always checking in to see how my pain levels were. This isn't a spa but if your want a great effective massage at a very reasonable price then book here. Phone and book.

I took a 90-minute session for £90. No discount given. I expected to have one and a half hour usually intensive Chinese massage, but it was like 30-minute session stretched in time to 90 minutes, very slow, unexperienced and lazy. Totally not happy.

The stuff is not rude, but not friendly either. Also, when the session was finished and I was dressing up, the masseur knocked the door and rushed inside to pick up the phone she forgot without any consideration I maybe naked.

No music was playing during the session, which makes it even more boring experience.

Good things - there are handles on the ceiling for walking on your back and a shower.
