Thai Massage - Thai Mint Spa & Massage Camden Town

I have recently discovered this lovely place near to where I live. Very clean and relaxing environment. Hand sanitiser and disposable face masks provided on reception. The staff were welcoming, professional and friendly and wore appropriate PPE. I had the most amazing treatment there. I have been to their other branch before but this one definitely tops it ! I have already recommended this place to my family and friends. Overall this place is a Gem it make you feel like you are back in Thailand.

The best massage ever!!!

I had the best massage yesterday. So friendly staffs and the place is really neat and clean, I had my lower back pain from my work and the therapist helped me to fixed the problem and now my lower back has become much better. Highly recommended this spa and massage to everyone. Everything is just amazing!!!!

The worst massage experience I’ve ever had! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! The massage was rough and felt totally amateur. What was done on one side was not replicated on the other. The room was small with the bed pushed up close to the wall so not surprised the ‘therapist’ couldn’t work properly. It ended with her taking two smelly wet flannels to wipe off the oil which left me smelling like an old mop that needs to be disinfected. Honestly don’t waste your money! Utterly disgusting

this place is heaven! they offer fantastic massage. I have a severe back pain and the therapist here resolved it! I would recommend this place to anyone who's experiencing office syndrome and as well as general massage for relaxation. Ask for Nutcha. Although she's small, but she's got very strong hands. I have tried other therapist as well, they're equally awesome!

I have accidentally gone to the wrong type of massage place before and ended up with a very poor massage, with someone that didn’t know what they were doing.

However Thai Mint Spa was perfect. A really amazing traditional Thai massage. I thought I was In Thailand. My masseuse was brilliant and very professional.

The spa was clean and a relaxing environment.

I would highly recommend for a classic Thai massage.

The massage itself was excellent however the masseuse was rude, did not ask me about the nature of my pain and what exactly I needed and instead assumed I wanted a full body massage despite the fact that I had made it very clear when booking that I was coming in from severe upper back pain. When arriving it seemed that my booking was not logged so the wait to sort it out ate into my massage time that I had paid for (£50 for 1 hour despite the £45 I was quoted over the phone). Although being disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication skills of the masseuse, the massage itself was great and really focused on my problem area but only after I had to keep stressing that I wanted her to focus on my back, neck and shoulders to which she did not seem pleased or respond well to. I would have without doubt given 5 stars if I was made to feel comfortable and welcome apon arrival. I was also expecting advice on what to do next after the massage and seemed to have skipped the initial assessment which are both things I would have thought were standard procedures when getting a deep tissue massage for an injury.

Massage is quite good. But I decide not to visit this place anymore. I was a regular customer to this place. Normally every month I visited twice. There are always availability from TreatWell website. One day the Thai lady asked me to call them directly because TreatWell might take commission from them.

So I did, visit the spa directly and paid on-site, which was surprisingly a bit more expensive than TreatWell. During the massage, they lady was joking by saying I have to tip her as well and “You don’t have any other choices, ok”.

By the end of the massage, she just asked me directly “how much tip I would give to her”?

So i decided to pay £10 (which is very generous for a £90 massage, and also I’m a regular customer)

Then she said, “I will take 11£ ok”?

So I paid 11 for the tip.

I mean it is just 1£ more, but it is super annoying about the attitude, and how she rejected my 10£ tip and demand more.

I won’t never go to this place anymore. Sadly.

Woke up with bad upper back pain and a stiff back and neck. Had a 1 hour appointment and it was so helpful, the masseuse pin pointed the exact issue and although it was painful (which is of course normal) it made me feel like a new man. Professional and friendly service thank you
