Really disappointed with the service. I have booked for one hour and got there 15 minutes later due to sat nav. She did not say anything before but she asked me something almost at the end and I said no. And she said to me. You came bit late. I have another customer booked at 2 o’clock. I will tell my boss to give another 10 minutes more massage next time. But she finished 20 minutes before.
The person who was waiting for massage came while she was massaging me. She left me and went to talk to him. And heard she told him come back in 15 mins. Sounds like that person wasn’t even booked customer. She straight went to another customer and I just left. I have asked her will you be the same person next time. And she said it will be different but I will tell my boss.
Absolutely poor customer service.

I went in with very little muscle pain came out worse. Now I’m in agony thanks to Oriental Chinese massage. I payed £40 to get more pain rather than cure.

Brilliant massage. The first one I have had in ages. I had asked for an ashiatsu style massage... where the massuse walks on your back...the girls feet were heaven 😍.. id like another one...
