I came to Tarze with severe lower back pain and left virtually pain free, invigorated and with significantly increased mobility.

I practice yoga on a regular basis and in the first session, Tarze was able to pinpoint the underlying issues responsible for my pain and suggest specific adaptations to my yoga practice in order to correct my posture and strengthen the affected muscle groups. I really appreciated this as not only did I get one of the most thorough and tension-busting massages I have ever had, but I also left with ‘takeaways’ which could be integrated into my daily regime.

I would highly recommend Senbisa. I had never experienced a Tui Na massage before but after this experience, will definitely be returning for more!

Fantastic service provided. Tarze is very accommodating and she makes you feel relaxed. As for the treatment itself, not only do I experience a relief from all my aches pains and old injuries after my treatments but I feel calmness in my mind. Tarze is a brilliant massage therapist, one of the best I have ever been treated by. I see her regularly for tui na massage to receive chronic tight neck and shoulders. I've seen really great results from session to session with an overall reduction of tension over time as well as feeling wonderful right after the massage. I hadn't had tui na massage before but it really suits me - nice firm pressure (but never too uncomfortable) and feels like it treats the source of the problem in a deep way. I highly recommend Senbisa massage therapy!

Senbisa Massage is a wonderfully professional company, that I recommend wholeheartedly. Tarze is well educated and you should trust her advice! There are many services on offer but the neck massages are my favourite.
