Great experience.
As soon as we walked in the door Kathy came over and greeted us. We had no idea what sort of mattress we were looking for. She set up the mattress tester machine for us and guided us around the store to try out the ones advised for us. She was very insightful, helpful and polite. Nicky was great too, very quick at finalising the paperwork for us as we were on a time limit. They both offered us teas and coffees. Very friendly and very happy. Thanks.

This shop and the staff were so helpful, friendly and patient. I was served by Nash and he was wonderful, made me feel valued, answered all my questions and helped me find the right bed for me. I was sceptical about the mattress match machine, but the mattresses it matched me up with were the comfiest I’ve ever felt. I 100% recommend this store!

Spencer and all the staff in store were really helpful, took their time with me and my partner as I was previously injured and had to take my time getting on and off the beds. Very knowledgeable and helped with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Had two visits here, both time’s were a great experience even with COVID guidelines. Nicky finished the deal for us and I believe we got the perfect bed, helped by the knowledge these guys have! Use the sleep match too it really does help!

Since the moment i entered the store until the moment i left everything was perfect! Wel prepared team, clean and nice shop with corona virus precautions and good quality products. Definitely my favorite place from now on. 100% i'll tell my friends about it. Good job Team Dreams!

Went to look at beds today with my toddler and couldn’t believe how rude a member of staff was about my son laying on the bed with his shoes on made us feel totally uncomfortable and I walked straight back out again. Note of advice… be nice to people and you may actually sell something

I wouldn't shop here even if you paid me to. I went to the store with my family to checkout a bed and my 4 year old sat on a bed. The guy came over and said he's not allowed on the bed. There's no issues with that even though he wasn't bouncing around on it etc. But just across the aisle there is a white child laying on the bed. They also had a member of staff with them who didn't stop them lying on the bed. Now not being funny why is that allowed Dreams? Is it colour specific or is your customer service just poor. I was actually looking to spend £2000 on a mattress but when I saw that appalling behaviour you can forget it. I will make sure I will never shop at dreams again and also make sure nobody else does. If I could leave less stars I would.

Fantastic customer service from Kathy, greeted us seconds after walking in and was friendly and helpful the whole time. My partner and I were there with our 8 month old son and she even played peek a boo with him for a minute or two to give us a chance to test mattresses together bringing a great big smile to his face.

Also they have this great machine that helps you pick a matress just by laying on it, great as it means you don't have to pretend to know what you want if you've never had to buy a mattress before.
