Steven was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. He took all of our requirements into consideration and found us the perfect mattress and gave us everything we wanted including our very specific deliver requests which could not be met elsewhere.

I do most of my shopping online but was very glad I purchased my tv bed through Dreams Cheltenham. We encountered a problem (nothing to do with the Cheltenham branch) in regards to delivery time and how the bed eventually turned up. Ian and his team went the absolute extra mile to ensure things were rectified and we were happy. Hands down the best service I have received from a physical shop. Ian genuinely cares about his customers and is supremely proud of the products he supplies as well and I will not shop anywhere else for future beds/mattresses.

I've purchased my last bed and mattress from Dreams in Cheltenham a good few years ago and I had a good experience then.
Fast forward and I've purchased another bed and mattress, a great buying experience every time !
Delivery was spot on and the two delivery men were extremely professional
The bed was constructed quickly, all mess cleared up , everything was explained that I needed to know before they left.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received! I cannot recommend Dreams Cheltenham enough. Ian and Stephen in particular were extremely informative and helpful in finding just the right mattress for myself and my partner (probably the comfiest one we have had to date!) and when helping us through with the ordering a few days later. We are so impressed and pleased with our experience at this store, and both times we left after visiting the store we felt like it had just made our day having spoken to such lovely people :) Thank you so much!

Spoke to a lovely lady who talked us through the mattresses. Although we didn't buy on our visit we are going back with a good idea on what we are going to get with her help in mind. Very helpful.

Great service and the sleep match bed is really good! Although I did end up spending a lot more than I had originally planned I am having the most amazing nights sleep now. It really is paying more for a mattress and the customer service here is great to help you decide what options you can have.
