I would like to extend a massive thank you to Neil and the team at Dreams Portsmouth for dealing with our enquiries so wonderfully! After finally ordering the perfect new (much needed) bed and waiting less than 2 weeks for the delivery, unfortunately, the delivery team could not fit the super king divan bed base into our bedroom and had to take it away leaving us just with the mattress. Neil was very helpful and rang around lots of people and places and managed to sort a new (better) base for us that would fit through our bedroom door for no extra cost to us!

What to say about this store...
After browsing for around 5 mins, I was approached by an awful man who couldn’t care less about my needs and was straight into being a pushy salesman. Outcome...I left approximately 10 seconds after telling the salesman to leave me alone
Another visit and the manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and could talk to her about my particular needs. This lady was very down to earth and obviously could “read” customers. After this help, I’d decided that my needs and wants would be suitably satisfied by this store. Having left the store to discuss with my partner, we returned another day and were confronted with the “pushy” salesman. I specifically asked for the lady manager but was informed she wasn’t working on that day. The “pushy” salesman grunted something under his breath and he walked away. Fortunately, we were approached by a younger man, I believe his name was Eddy, of which he was just as helpful as the manager. We gladly purchased the products we’d been advised on and had jointly decided
Overall, I would highly recommend this store but avoid the “pushy” guy. I don’t normally comment on certain individuals but this gentleman has serious issues and an attitude problem. I just hope that someone in Dreams HR department read these reviews and addresses this serious problem

Went to the Portsmouth store to get some information and prices ahead of a purchase.. Julie was the store assistant that helped me. She was polite and very knowledgeable about the products. I left the store after about an hour with an extensive price list so I could decide at home with my partner.. would like to thank Julie for her help and time, and I will be returning very soon to purchase my new bed.

I went into this store not knowing what i really needed from a bed or what would help me most. I have a medical condition and was worried about spending money on a bed that really will not be suitable or help my Fibromyalgia.
I can not thank the lady who spent tome with me going through a variety of choices and explaining about the mattresses and pillow options. She was not pushy or forceful and helped me to feel relaxed and confident that when I am ready to order i will be making the right decision. Excited to be going back at the weekend to make a purchase i now know will right for me.

Went in to have a look around ended up buying a pillow well above what I would have paid but the manager of this shop was persuasive enough with being pushy she knew her stuff and showed me a few diff types of pillow abit of banter and a smile later I bought it, friendly and knowledgeable staff, I think the manager would have even deliverd my pillow herself seeing I was on my motorbike but even sorted that prob out by helping me to place the pillow on my back good help thankyou
