Dreams Tunbridge Wells

Visited Dreams today's very pleasant experience, booked my appointment online on Friday to visit on Sunday very quick and easy to do. I was met at my allotted time by Natalie who was very helpful, I purchased the mattress after trying out a few. Would definitely recommend this store.

Great customer service. Good choice of mattress types, firmness and a (less deposit) choice to swap for something else. Didn't need to and 10 months on the mattress is still firm and performing as expected. Thanks to
Tunbridge Wells branch and staff.

The store was fine, but a faulty sagging mattress that cost £1000, replaced with the same model which also failed after 3 months, and they wont offer a refund. 2 faulty products, over a year of discomfort, on a mattress they are currently selling to people for £1,500 !! Avoid Therapur ActiGel 3200, or probably any in the same range!

I typically only review restaurants, but my experience with Dreams in TW was good enough to warrant them a review!

Super helpful staff (Mel in particular!) that went beyond what we expected from them to help me bag a mattress that I wanted.

We bought a Campbell D mattress with a 3 week delivery wait. Comfortable in the shop but we were not warned that Memory Foam can cause some people to get very hot. My partner was fine but I did not sleep for 2 weeks as I was so hot. It was below freezing outside and I thought I must be ill. I am now sleeping on a spare mattress on the floor. If I buy a cheaper mattress Dreams don't refund the difference. If I swap it I spend another 3 weeks on the floor and pay £49 to swap the mattress. I could have bought a comfortable mattress elsewhere for 1/2 the price with next day delivery or simply put one in the back of our car.

At the store in Tunbridge Wells, Sheena, who dealt with us, was both professional & friendly. With excellent product knowledge, she was very helpful. A pleasure to buy from... We are very happy with our mattresses. Thank you.

Lovely clean and tidy store. There is a lady sale person there called Sheena. She is very good at her job. She did LISTEN to what we wanted and didnt try to flog us an expensive mattress as we told her we were on a budget. She has given us good advice and info, was very pleasant and fast. Good on her as they were short of staff on the day we visited. Sheena is a star. Go before sale end on tuesday 27. Good bargains there. And ask for Sheena, she'll help you. Xx
