Dreams Redditch

We've had good service from Dreams, in the shop and via their website. Plenty of car parking space and a well stocked shop. The staff are not overly fussy, leaving customers to browse without interference. Once you need their help, there are enough staff available to ensure that customers are taken care of quickly

Friendly staff, but they want to make a profit, so that might explain the rigidity of their offers. I gave it 4 stars, as the first time we came in, a gentleman working over there promised that he will give us a call, wrote our details down, for when the sales period will begin (it was supposed to start in a few days time and we did not know exactly), but did not bother to contact us. The products we bought are good quality.

A really pleasant experience from the time we walked through the front door until we left, having bought our bed & mattress with the help of an extremely welcoming and knowledgeable store manager.
Downside was that the store was uncomfortably warm & really could do with air conditioning.

Fantastic help with wheelchair access spoke to Steve Hackett who could not have done more to help, great sense of humour and helpful throughout. he can even make a great coffee. Brilliant service hope the management team recognise what a great asset their staff are will recommend to all our friends. Wayne & Sue

Extremely knowledgeable staff and helpful advice freely given.

Had a great experience when we cam in to buy or mattress and divan, Steve was excellent, very knowledgeable and attentive and engaging, he really is your greatest asset at this store. However when we had an issue when our new bed was delivered and came into store we were unfortunate enough to be dealt with by an older lady with blonde hair who was the exact opposite of Steve. Extremely unhelpful, not knowledgeable to the point where she advised us that they do not sell small doubles when we pointed out the bed on display bed on display was a small double *rolls eyes* she just couldn't care less and told us if we wanted to upgrade to a kingsize we wouldn't be allowed and practically accused us of lying about the size of our bed. Even though as I pointed out we were willing to pay for a kingsize. So hardly con artists. Felt very patronised, if you have a training academy she desperately needs to go on it to learn interpersonal skills and the art of not rubbing people up the wrong way.
