Highly recommend. The staff, Glen, has been extremely friendly and provided very professional advice on how to choose a good mattress. The store also has a machine to analyse which mattress fits you. My husband and I have a joyful shopping. Can’t wait to receive our mattress!

Our first ever bed-buying experience was a breeze, thanks to Glen. He was an absolute gentleman - courteous, considerate and knowledgeable without being pushy or judgemental. We've now ordered the mattress we decided to go for - online rather than in-store, to take advantage of a cashback offer through work - and wanted to give Glen full credit for the sale.

Staff are very 2-faced!
They are all up your a** when you're looking to buy something but when I went to exchange - not return, 1 item out of a big purchase, the first assistant denied me at point blank and took preference over the other custoemer looking to buy - Neil or something, then Moses said he would swap my item (a firm pillow for a soft one), and when he came back with it his look made me so uncomfortable to have even asked for an exchange.
Real shame, because the other assistant who helped me buy my items - Michael, was really good!
Won't be coming back to that store again in a hurry!

I walked into the Croydon dreams branch today with the view to purchase a decent mattress as we had been viewing other bed shops to scope the perfect mattress for us. We tried a few mattresses out and took note of a few we liked. I value customer service highly as this is an important part of the whole customer experience a business has to offer. We went over to
get a cup of coffee the coffee machine which was signposted 'help yourself to coffee'. Upon entering the shop we remembered seeing a sleep machine and were curious as to whether this would be a good tool to help us understand the type of mattress we would want to purchase and help guide us more in our search.
We approached a tall bald sales advisor to enquire about this, the sales advisor was rude and condescending. He accused us of helping oourselves to coffee. We explained it was signposted as 'help yourself' he replied to imply it wasn't. We then enquired about how the sleep machine worked and he replied that can only be used for people purchasing a mattress. Upon asking further as to whether the machine worked as through electrical pulses etc. He repeatedly firmly that it was only for people purchasing a mattress. At which point I was confused as to what he thought we were doing in the shop if we were not purchasing a mattress? Did he think we were just trying out mattresses for fun on a Friday evening? I am not sure what he was implying but good principles of providing good customer service/experience, common sense and basic level of business intuition would suggest that you assist a customer in choosing the right mattress as that would then lead to a purchase rather than accusing them of drinking coffee. Staff here are not qualified to sell beds or sell anything unfortunately, if you are looking for help if selecting the right mattress for you, a good customer experience and a cup of coffee then dreams Croydon is not the place for you. I had a much better experience just across the road at DFS and furniture village. With other bed shops in such close vicinity to each other you would think staff would be doing their utmost to provide a good customer experience and represent the brand well. I'm sorry to say the bald guy today has ruined the representation of dreams and also overheard him complaining to another colleague about customers walking in within the last 30mins of closing time. Really poor attitude of staff in this store and lack of understanding or value for customer service/experience, not qualified for a sales or retail job. I walked out of the shop confused, insulted and definitely will not be visiting dreams again especially not the Croydon branch.

Glen at dreams was incredibly knowledgable and patient. He helped me find the perfect mattress whilst answering every single one of my questions so patiently. He really listens to you and goes on extra miles to help. I’m usually a very indecisive person but Glen helped me in making up my mind so quickly. I have to say the service Glen delivered is the main reason why I’ve decided to make the purchase. Just wanted to say thank you again using google.

I came in today to get more information on a few beds and mattresses I had looked at online and was very happy with the excellent customer service from Glen. He clearly explained the difference between the different types of mattresses I was looking at and I was able to try a few in store to judge the comfort myself. Glen also informed me of the likely lead times for the bed and mattress I was looking at and his friendly manner made me feel as comfortable as the mattresses I was trying. I didn't directly interact with any other members of staff, but they were all very welcoming when I came in and made sure that all the necessary sanitation measures were adhered to.

Glen was fantastic, we have visited a range of stores to buy a bed in the area and Glen at the croydon branch was the most informative salesman we found which is the reason why we came and brought the bed from Dreams. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient and really understood how mattress and beds are designed and meet the needs of the individual. He didn't try and sell us something we could not afford. We felt like we were his priority and there was no rush. Even though the boxing day sales had hours before it ended. Extremely impressed with price and choice available. It was very nice to meet a skilled salesman who obviously took pride in his work. I have literally told all my friends to go to Dreams in Croydon and speak to Glen.
