Good choice of beds and James was fantastic. Helpful, went through beds, pillows everything you could think of. Purchased a new bed and pillows from James and would definitely recommend him if you’re going to dreams Ilford as he’s not pushy at all which is rare with sales people today. Thanks James we will be back soon with family to pick out their new beds! :)

James was super helpful as was Ayesha. James took the time to go through the product range, explained the sleepmatch technology and made me feel very comfortable given the covid-19 situation. I was very happy with the purchase I made and did not feel pressured to buy at any point. James was kind and attentive.

The store don’t have accessible entrance so if you’re wheelchair user or have difficulty climbing a large step then don’t waste your time by visiting this store.

The information about having an accessible entrance on the internet is completely false.

Decent place but they will try everything they can to sell you as much things as possible with text book sales / marketing techniques 🤔 !! You’ll most likely find it cheaper online once you know what you want

Reply, I can't walk, I asked you if the guys take my bed down, I would have helped. There's one 1floor to take it down. They would have to pass the bin to get there to their van. I would also give 10 to take down. I was very upset.

Guy called James served me found his knowledge invaluable and the care he took helping me choose the mattress I needed . I was always sure I needed an orthopedic it turns out I don't! Currently having the best night's sleep !
