Lynn was so helpful, she answered all our questions and helped us find the best mattress. She was very welcoming and had good knowledge of the products offered in store 5*.

I wasn't looking forward to choosing a new mattress and, walking into the store, the selection looked overwhelming.
However, I was warmly greeted by the store manager, Cathy, who asked me a few questions and then put me on the Sleepmatch bed to analyse my sleeping preferences.
She then explained the results, showed me to a few mattresses to test and, after trying only 5 mattresses, I ordered one that felt incredibly comfortable, fitted within my budget and could be delivered within a few days.
The whole process was so much easier than I'd anticipated. I wouldn't have been able do it without Cathy's help.
First rate service, highly recommended 👌

The after sales service completely overshadows any positive review or service before hand.
Staff are lovely when you're buying anything, but have an issue with a delivery and they couldn't care less.
The response when my wife went in to sort a new mattress because the delivery drivers couldn't get it up the stairs to the loft was "Tut Oooh yeah its a Super King".
This is the same person who we told it was going into a loft conversion and asked if they would be able to get it up there. She said it would be fine.

She soon perked up though when it came to changing the mattress to a Tempur one which could bend - suggested by the drivers.... oh another £1,000 for your commission is that?
There was a second option that would cost us another couple of hundred pounds, but we couldn't actually get that until September leaving my 8 month pregnant wife without a mattress when she's due to give birth.

Yvonne was incredibly helpful, patient and kind. She quickly established our needs and found the perfect bed for my daughter. Thank you so much Yvonne for making the experience a very enjoyable one.

So we purchased a mattress 15 month back and the stitching went. We popped into store and they couldn't be happier to help us. Our mattress was discontinued so the lovely lady with the sequin top showed us a dozen new mattresses and we are getting it delivered for free on the 4th. And we have already received a bag in the post for our old mattress for them to take it away at no extra charge. We got a "happy new year" and smiles and waves from all the staff when we left the store. Very been happier picking out a new mattress lol 🤗

Had to arrange for new mattress return..nothing wrong with it but too hard for me 😥 beautiful mattress tho. Michele (my sales assistant from when I first ordered) took me through again what would be more comfortable. Nothing too much trouble and all the girls are lovely, know their stuff 👍have now ordered a different mattress which will be more suitable for me so very happy 😊

Bought 2 mattresses from another Dreams store. Tried to pick up the disposal bags from this one as I was passing.
The man gave me some rubbish about how they couldn't do it because it would mess up their stock take.
So I went our of my way to go and get bags from a different store and they confirmed that thus was rubbish! They didn't ask for order details or anything
