really amazing service, the store assistant Gary was fantastic; didnt try to sell us anything we werent asking for, found exactly what we wanted quickly and with a smile and great customer service. would deffinatley come back, such an easy process and again just a super man helping us 10/10

It was an absolute pleasure to shop here today. I was served by a lovely young lady called Shani, who went above and beyond to assist us. I can honestly say I've never been served by such an amazing Sales Assistant, she will go far. Thank you so much.

Got a new £2000 bed, decided that the headboard was a very poor match to the style of our bedroom but could not get hold of customer service as I kept be put on a 15 minutes queue. How is this a good service. The only reason that I have put 2 stars was that the in shop staff.

We went into store to try out some mattresses as we weren’t really sure what we were looking for. Gary (little Gary) was amazing! He helped us choose the right one for my partner and didn’t make us feel rushed. Even gave us some pillows to try out with it so we really felt at home! Cannot thank Gary for his customer service and friendliness enough. He made the whole experience relaxing and easy for us! Thank you!

Not had my bed delivered yet as they keep messing up with the delivery.
I said I wasn't to just cancel the order because I've not received my order and they been messing me around.
Apparently they want to keep 20% the money I have paid if I want a refund even though I haven't not received the goods yet.
What a joke.

More the company than the store. Waited 8 weeks for delivery. Delivery day was a Tuesday. Email came in Sunday saying it was delayed another 8 weeks. Too late a notice to not have the old mattress still collected so emergency purchase of a temporary mattress needed. So 2k on a mattress that is yet arrive, an emergency mattress now brought. Customer service useless and full of excuses.
In store friendly enough. But no point having a good sales person if the company can't deliver.
