Excellent service. Rachel dealt with us.She was a fountain of knowledge. Totally professional and went through all the options for my son. Spent an hour . Very impressed with the covid measures put in place. Clean and sanitizers and protective sheets to put on the beds. We had been to the Crawley branch which was absolutely awful. Exceptional quality of service from Rachel .

Torres was an extremely helpful employee who helped us around the store putting into place thorough cleaning procedures during the COVID pandemic. The mattress machine was a great experience and aided our mattress choice, although we also found it helpful to have done some research first to have an idea of what was important to us as there is so much choice. Thank you Torres for your time and help.

Went in today and came out having purchased a mattress that will be delivered within a week. Fantastic helpful and friendly staff, that are not pushy, and I love that element. Highly recommend this store if your looking to try/buy a new mattress. Super clean too, really impressed

It is a mattress store located centre of Reigate high street. Many collection of different brands: Flaxby, Tempur, Revive and more. Also sells very nice pillow.

We visited to purchase a mattress. It was unpleasant store experience. We were served by the store manager who made us feel like we are ordered as if in the army. I personally prefer the other bed store (there are two in reigate)

Here is more detailed review about the service:

(1) complicated covid procedurewhich requires customers to do many chores.

There was covid protection procedure. When you are testing the bed, the staff will spray the sanitiser on the bed while the customer stand away from bed 1-2m, then staff will move away from the bed 1-2m, then YOU need to tear/hold/place two sheets of wide tissue roll on the bed to test. We learnt the procedure as he ordered us to do each step. I think it’s better to explain entire process in advance so customers an be in control, and also simplify the process by the staff to tear and hold the papers beforehand and display it as the staff clean the bed( that’s what happen in the other store). Then it will be simple for customers to test and easier to avoid ordering the customers.

(2) Don’t no what testing thing:
Before you are introduced to the bed, there was simulation testing- you will in put your age/gender/ prefer sleeping position, and lie on this special mattress which will check your sleeping position to give recommendation. We did it and The result was printed. But wasn’t shared with me, i still don’t even know what it was about.

(3) speaking loud
I don’t he meant to speak loud, yet he did. I watch TV in volume 16, he speaks like 24. This was personal preference, i appreciate the staff who is trying to match to customers’ voice level.

Lastly About treating like a soldiers, i mentioned directly to him that we felt like “we are in the army” with a smile, he joked “ yes, these mattress will protect you like an army”. Um, i don’t know where he picked this wrong.

Also when we asked him to explain about the bed before we lie down, he said ‘yes, first lie down and switch the side to test, then i will tell you.’ So i asked “do we need to follow the rule or can we hear the information about the bed before we lie down”. I can’t remember his response but this didn’t help us bring things the way we wanted. We learnt later he wanted us to know that each side of the bed was different firmness only after we try

Had reason to visit twice recently, and the staff made both visits such a pleasant, informative and positive experience. Will be recommding this branch and heading there for the next major purchase. Thank you for putting back some faith in customer service in general.

Following a bad experience with another bed company, I came to dreams where I had the pleasure of dealing with Gabby who was amazing. From being offered tea or water when we first walked in, too holding a bed for us while we were waiting for our refund from this other company. Gabby went above and beyond my expectations.
Also dealing with customer services from dreams as we had been overseas I was on a web chat with Gina who was also amazing, getting in contact with the store to let them know we were still interested in the bed and when we would be back in the country to purchase the bed.

It was really good. Kyra webb (customer advisor) took her time and explained every granular information that we required to purchase the mattress. Hats-off for her commitment towards the work and hospitality shown. Overall experience was really good.
