Nice, expansive place with many choices you can try. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Free sleeping test, which I had never done before and indicated the right matress. Recommend.

Had bought a king size bed and mattress and paid for extended warranty for the frame, after 2 years the frame collapsed and had someone from the claims company come over to inspect the bed. He told me that it was clearly a fault and the bed hadn't been given enough support for the slats and he will recommend that I should be given a replacement. However, once I received the report I was shocked to see how the man had lied about everything in the report and stated 'told the customer he was at fault for the bed breaking and he wasn't happy' which was a complete lie! I had a good chat with him when he was at my property inspecting the bed and he told me I wasn't in the wrong, and I should get a new one. He then finished off the report by saying it was a fraudulent claim!! They obviously don't want to pay out when something goes wrong on their side and I would avoid completely, even when I asked for them to send someone else out the inspect the bed and complained, they refused to even reply to me. AVOID!

buy a mattress in this store. and the person who assisted me name casey, was wrong to finance my mattress in the price. They called me from the store and I had to go wasting my time. when I arrived they told me what the error was and that I had to send an email to the company. This situation was very stressful and violent for me. I have felt humiliated and mistreated in this store. I would not buy at dreams again or recommend it to someone. I am not to blame for his incompetence and if they have made a mistake in the price he had to pay, it is his fault. The girl did not know at any time what the final price was that she had to pay change on several occasions while she financed me. I found it unprofessional and would never buy from this store again. I thought about returning the mattress and box spring from how angry and humiliated I felt and buying another one from another store. I hope they can solve my problem because they have only caused me a waste of time having to return to their store and having to send an email to report it on their page. A bad nightmare, run away from this company and they do not finance anything. Of course I plan to report it to the relevant authorities and call my lawyer to ask for compensation for damages and humiliation.

Very professional consultation and I felt informed when deciding which mattress protector and pillows to go for.

I was able to try out the pillow and received an in-depth explanation of the “features” offered by the different brands and models.

I left the store with a feeling that I will have a decent sleep tonight.

Fantastic service from lovely young gentleman Kelechi. Spent just over an hour fantastic experience in choosing my mattress as I knew which base I needed. My bed arrived today the 2 guys who delivered and put base together were 1st class! Highly recommend dreams I am really happy with service and delivery my new bed looks Royal! I popped in this store yesterday to buy a pillow and was greeted by Casey who was very helpful and professional. She said I can try out some pillows before I buy and brought a variety of them over. She gave us time and space on our own to try the pillows out which was nice! So, there wasn't much pressure or forced to buy a product. She also answered my questions and gave lots of information regarding payment plans on a sofa bed. This is something I plan to buy in the future! :) The sofa was very very comfy indeed! When we tried it out!

Overall, the customer service was excellent! And was even given a thank you for my customer which felt much appreciated! and said to have a nice day/evening! :)

Will definitely return in the future!

P.S. The Spinal alignment pillow was comfy, puffy and just about the right level of firmness to help me rest through the night. No stiff neck when I woke up this morning! :)
