The women working in the store was outstanding. Very informative and just a pleasure to talk with. Ended up walking away with 2 pillows and we'll be back for our bed and mattress once we have our measurements.

Had a good experience at this store,the sleep match was just the ticket in ensuring we got the right mattress. Would recommend this to anybody looking for a new bed,salesman Andy was also friendly and helpful

They will never get my business again. Promised a price promise on the sale if I purchased that day. I bought a very expensive mattress on that basis. It was then in the sale three weeks later £300 cheaper. Phoned to claim the pre agreed discount back and was told that was never part of the deal in the first place! I checked several times that day to make sure as I could've easily just waited the three weeks to purchase. Was aggressively sold the mattress that day though to then be called a liar three weeks later and ripped off by £300. Lovely mattresses though, just a shame about the needlessly shark like sales people. 🦈BEWARE!!

I just popped in today to have a browse with the intention of purchasing 2 beds. I was greeted if you could call it that by a member of staff. She asked me if she could help me and I replied I was just in for a browse. She asked if I was looking for a divan or a frame to which I replied I'm not sure yet. I said I liked the frame but would consider a divan. She them rudely said and I quote 'will you just let me do my job'. She then rattled off about prices and how to work out how much it would cost. I literally turned and left. The manner in which I was spoken to was extremely rude! I have never received such awful customer service and I certainly won't be returning to this shop in the future!

I popped into Ayr showroom this morning looking for 2 new beds. I was glared at as I walked in by a female representative then a swift hello....not can I help or anything asked. The female appeared to be the only member of staff there and there was another couple looking and testing beds....I walked around the showroom as the female staff member put all her attention to the other couple leaving me just walking around waiting to be assisted. I then after she made a big deal of offering the 2 other customers coffee said politely excuse me could you tell me which beds have lifting bases for storage underneath....she then quickly pointed to 4 beds and cleared off to make coffee telling the other customers to take a seat. When she returned she sat at the desk again ignoring me not even so much as a please carry on browsing I will be with you shortly...nothing. After a further few minutes I then again politely walked to the desk and said please excuse me but Could I just ask a quick question about your recycling of the old bed....she reeled off the cost appeared annoyed that I had interrupted me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable....at this point I asked another question about dismantling of a bed for recycling and she spoke to me like I was a child and abruptly said you will dismantle we do not do that....by this time I just wanted away from the couldn't be bothered careless attitude of this female staff member....said great customer service and walked out. She lost dreams a 3k sale....I would not recommend this store or the female sales representative

Never had a problem here, always had good service from the guys and even though I went in just to shop around for a mattress Andy managed to sell me an expensive mattress (and believe me it's not easy getting me to spend money) but I have to agree it felt oh so comfortable so worth every penny. So thanks 👍
