I wasn't happy with this shop every shoe I liked they didn't have my size,then when they thought they did the pair of shoes were two different sizes.

Only one star because I've bought a pair of shoes end of summer worth £8 last year and worn them twice and this year worn only 2 times..and the external shoe sole is already torned. :(((

rugby store DEBS very rude and needs re-training on their store return policy as she clearly doesn’t realise that if a shoe breaks you cannot wear it and if it’s within the time period stated it is your RIGHT to an exchange or refund! Rude to customers even in front of their children! but…… i shall smile sickeningly sweet at her and wish her peace next time i shop there
