This review is not about food. Its about service. And not appreciating being shouted at down the phone by a member of staff when we were calling to enquire about our order. This used to be our go-to Pizza place, and the food is most of the time, great. We asked in notes if the pizza could be made extra saucy... not an unreasonable request, its a request we always make, and there usually isn't a problem. We had our order repeatedly cancelled and when we phoned to enquire we were shouted at down the phone about how they don't do freebies. WE have no idea why they would think like that, we weren't exactly asking for freebies... (a bit of extra sauce on a pizza hardly costs the world here). Besides the request, thats not a reason to decline an order and shout at someone down the phone. Thats just not on at all.

Food is standard at best but customer service is absolutely shocking its like they want a fight lol all I asked for was to add chips I didn't think it would be that difficult in the end the kind man hung up on me and cancelled my order. Its like they don't want any custom and enjoy licking the windows and counting the busses drive past lol absolute joke. Customer service seems to be a 'bit' of an issue

order canceled but money taken from account and when I called suddenly the guy tells me he doesn't understand me. little of it tells me that he canceled the orders without giving a reason, which really upset me, little did he tell me that I would not get my money back, besides, when I tried to ask the question why my order was canceled, the guy just disconnected. Never again fraud transaction.

Just ordered from planet pizza in Burnley and as you can see the kebab has red chicken, brown lettuce and the kebab is dry! I rang them to complain and the guy said on phone I don't care and its better that you die! Omg! I'm in shock!

This place stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM, me & my friend have ate here several times. I got diarreha and never thought anything of it. 2nd time we went it happened again & I told my friend he said nothing happened to him so I was cautious then 3rd time we went and us both got diarreha badly. Something is definitely wrong with the FOOD, this place needs to be closed down FULLY. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
