Booked an aircon regas with Associated on 5th July the time they gave was between 5 & 6pm, just before 6pm was told the mechanic was running a tad late. 6:50pm still no mechanic so left a message saying basically that I would leave it as it's too late. But 2 hours later(or 3 hours depending on how you look at it)they still turn up around 8pm expecting to do the job - unbelievable.
