Great dealer. No hassle, no time-consuming sales waffle, just good customer service. Really wanted to add a review as they were all such nice folk to do business with (esp the dog Teddy) I got a really good deal for my part ex, and I'm super pleased with my new car.

Went to visit a Vauxhall Insignia 1.6 SRI on Saturday. My wife and I are expecting our first child next month and needed something bigger. Beautiful car inside and out. Spoke with Rob who was very accommodating, not pushy and allowed me to look at the vehicle in my own time.

Offered me a test drive which i did, again the car was great and the route he advised was perfect to test out what needed to be tested.

He gave me a great deal on my current car part ex, some of which would be paid back in cash after deposit had been taken out. We agreed in principle, i paid a deposit and was due to pick up the car on Sunday.

Due to unforeseen circumstances at my end, i am unable to proceed with the purchase. I called Rob this morning and explained the situation and was very understanding and paid us our deposit back! Not your typical car sales company.

Once my circumstances change i will going back to Rob to purchase a new car, as they have some amazing vehicles on site and a little courtesy goes a long long way in business.

Called in on the off chance for them to look at my vehicle, diagnosed it within the hour with a faulty airflow meter. Brilliant customer service and good rates.. Also had a previous car in with them, they collected and returned the car after the service work, all nice and clean too… won’t use anybody else…

These guys know their Renaultsport cars and are a trusted specialist when it comes to my RS Megane. Sean and Lorenzo are a pleasure to deal with and are clearly passionate about what they do. Genuine Renault parts are always used and prices are great. Never had an issue with any of their work.

Nothing is ever too much trouble. A great garage who values its customers. Recommended to me by an old school friend. My cars been picked up and dropped off at my home. It's been washed during visits, the mechanic has been out to me locally when I've had car trouble. Best garage I've ever used.

Can't fault these guys , renault specialists and wouldn't take my car anywhere else now , kept me posted everyday whilst car was in getting work, photos the lot. They took great care of my car , treat it like a baby so I knew it was safe . Very good prices too, did work I didnt even expect . Fantastic team. Thank you .
