I sent my car there to diagnose why it is breaking down, I have sent it to them 5 weeks ago and I have had no communication with them since. They failed previously to fix the problem when I left it with them for a month. I can’t get hold of them, I have left several missed calls, text messages, voicemails and even a Facebook message but heard nothing for over a week. I don’t understand how a business can be run like this and would strongly discourage anyone from using them. The sad thing is around a year ago they replaced a fuel filter on my car when it wasn’t running right and delivered a great service and I paid promptly and it was well run. A few months ago they replaced a pipe for me that was leaking and delivered good service so I don’t know what has gone wrong

First visit there today, the guy had an accident last night and was in a and e until 3am. But he communicated well with me and he was quick to check for any faults in my car. Will use this garage again. Great service. Very professional.
