An excellent garage with nice people working there and honest, good quality service. I have been taking my old saab there for five years now for services, MOTs and the odd repair and have never had the slightest feeling that I am getting anything but the best advice and value for money. It is also - although I realise this is not very important - really clean!

Went there recently to put in new airconditioning part. Was quoted lower price than elsewhere. However, they did not make clear from the start that the price did not include filling in with gas as well. In the end the work seemed OK (so far) and while the end price was comparable to other similar places, I clearly do feel misled. As part of raising the issue, the garage responded rather aggressively. I hope it is just a one off or equivalent and others will have a better experience than I did, I have noted the good reviews otherwise. All insignificant in terms of money but encountering a surprise/surprises was not what I was hoping to see.

Always use Bond Imparts Services each year for my car MOT. Doug is very friendly, great customer service and always explains the details listed on the MOT certificate.

Used this service twice as my battery light came on, they did diagnostics twice and didn't charge for the service at all.
