Love these guys!

They arranged my MOT, service, washer repair, and replacement brakes. They fixed a minor issue that might have led to an MOT failure without any fuss and even noticed it before it became a problem.

They went totally beyond the call of duty to source a small part for my windscreen washers, even when they had to deal with a recalcitrant manufacturer's dealer!

They did such a great job and so over delivered, considering the price they charged.

Friendly, fun, and professional. I really recommend them.

What can i say thanks Miriam and the team 👌👌👌had intermittent oil light, only had my mini cooper s for 8 days and oil light would come on when warm at lights 😢 panic adverted as they soon diagnosed it and sorted it !! oil and filter change, light still on, turned out to be the oil sensor switch 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️they will def be my go to place for my old school r53, polite professional what more would u want cannot fault their service and dedication, if ur in Essex and own a mini these are the guys to see 👌👌👌👌👌

Travelled from Scotland to visit family and my brake caliper decided to start sticking. Bought a new caliper and pads but had no tools, last minute phone call with a explanation of situation. Torque monkey squeezed me in on A Saturday so I could get home. Did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. Staff were friendly and would def recommend this garage 10/10.

Contacted TM about costs of servicing via Facebook. They replied quickly and professionally,
then helped me with technical issues completely unrelated to original question. Great service and very friendly. 100% booking the mini in soon.

Great garage run by great people Had a major service on my r53 mini incl supercharger and very happy with the work and reasonably priced. Cars booked in for a few more bits n bobs to be done.
Definitely worth the trip to get here as they definitely know the mini brand

Miriam and John n Tim are all great , did a pukka job on my r52 , I've been here a few times for mods and everything has always gon well ,I cant say anything bad about it , wish it was closer to my house maybe 🤣

Brilliant place. Miriam was very professional and welcoming.
Great place to take your mini 👌. Great job done on my mini whilst I was on holiday. Valve stem oil seal and stopping an oil leak. New seals cured the problem. Thought I needed a new timing chain kit. Was relatively new but no paperwork when I got the car.
Totally recommend.

Refreshingly straight forward and lovely people to deal with. The price for the work done was very reasonable, and they were helpful in suggesting other work that was worthwhile doing at the same time, as well as picking up items that needed repairing whilst my car was with them.

I will definitely be back for future repairs on my mini!

I have also suggested them to friends who find regular garages daunting/patronising, as they were so friendly and easy to work with
