I genuinely received the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life from this garage.

I arrived back to England from a holiday abroad and when driving back home my car was damaged and had a broken coil spring and damaged metal brake pipe.

I was stuck and had no way of getting home so I got in touch with the garage who took my car in and repaired it within a few hours so I could drive back home.

The service was incredibly friendly, personable, well priced, very professional and it genuinely saved me from a nightmare!

I really hope that if anyone has car issues they use this garage as you really can trust them and they are so respectful.

We have just bought a fairly new second hand car and within a few days the engine warning lights came on . We felt so stressed and worried; we had spent a lot of money and thought we made the wrong purchasing decision. We called Steve and he kindly offered to look over the car . He diagnosed the fault within minutes - a previous mechanic had failed to put a pipe back properly. He refused to take any money . It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone so honest, knowledgeable and professional. We cannot thank Steve and Dan enough for their trustworthy and kind conduct , which is a rare thing these days. We will definitely be returning to them with all our future work.

I had an issue with my drivers side rear lights on my VW golf - I’m a bit of a nervous driver and Dan the lovely mechanic checked over my car, tightened up the cables which were loose and made me feel at ease. I will certainly be using auto-dynamics again

My brakes failed on my Focus gon the way to work and had to get recovered to a local garage by the AA. The recovery AA driver recommended Auto Dynamics after my local garage told me it would be a week before they had any spaces. Steve booked it in with short notice and had me back on the road by end of the day. Him and his team was great and a highly recommend them, fair price, quick turn around and a friendly garage.

Amazing service & reasonably priced for the quality they offer. Very welcoming and efficient. Steve is the perfect salesman. There is no way you would want to take your car anywhere else :)

MOT failed at halfords & was quoted an extortionate amount by them. I called auto dynamics and got through to Dan who told me to come in straight away to help me get a quote for what needed doing. He was so helpful & knew exactly what he was doing. Also a big thank you to Steve for all his help too. Will never go elsewhere from now on for all my car troubles. They don’t rip you off & are very friendly!

Steve done a great job fixing my clutch, very reasonably priced, I always used a garage near me as Barnet is a bit out of the way for me but I was so pleased with the service I will use this garage in future, one happy customer,
