I received the worst service and customer care in my life from this place. I have never felt so offended before. Here is why:
The first time I went to see them to fix my suspension, I dropped the car at 7:45 and went to work by the bus, came back before 17:00 and they said they haven't fixed it because the wrong part was dilevred. So I left my car with them whole day for nothing.
In a different occasion, I had an oil leak from the engine, I went there and they diagnosed it as rocker cover gasket needs changing which they immediately ordered from and I was told it will take few days to dilevre the part. Now, few days past and I called them, they confirmed the rocker cover gasket is dilevred and waiting for me. Next, day I dropped the car at 7:45 and left to work by the bus, came back to collect it and they said again the wrong part was dilevred.
Here is the best part.. After another few days when the part is dilevred, I dropped the call and I said to them I will try to collect the car before you shut at 17:00 or otherwise tomorrow.
I managed to get out of work and I got to the garage to collect the car at 16:50 and I was surprised to find they are closing the garage and the guy driving out with his car, he stopped when he saw me and said to me we already closed we can't open again, come tomorrow to pay and collect the car because he has to rush to see his family. I stood there and I was shocked and never felt the same before. The next morning I went to collect the car, he apologised but he didn't look sorry and he said to me I am the business owner I close the garage anytime I want.
Also something to notes, every time I asked about the prices of parts I was given different prices.
I don’t advise anyone use this garage as the customer care is the worst I have ever seen. Its up to you, you can try them.
Had work done in August 2019 on my resistor fan on my Ford Fiesta. It went again in Dec, when I phoned up to ask the owner if he could have a look and correct the work done, he was very rude on the phone and said I would be charged to have it looked at and then for the work.
One week later the car was off the road again with the same indications!
I have been to 2 independent garages and all believe there has never been a faulty turbine to the best of their understanding, according to the diagnostics reports and the repete indications. Also they all agree the extreme charges are not justified even if that was the case!
To the question if it was a turbine fault to begin with, the Roadstar mechanic replied the AA told them and they did not check the turbine when it was taken out of the car. There was also a racist comment.
The AA denies in writing citing there had been multiple faults in their diagnostics report, turbine fault was NOT one of them.
I am considering taking this to the court.
Absolutely will rip you off twise the price of kick fit next door for exact same thing,
They can't even change a head light lamp, 2 times and still no head light does not work useless.
Go next door to Kwik-Fit you will not get ripped,
Even once my car was completed they refused to give it to me just to annoy me.

I cannot express how poor this garage is owned and run. Absolutely no communication from the “manager” (Jon) the actual mechanics that work here probably deserve a medal for putting up with poor management and having to deal with dissatisfied customers, I get the impression that I am not alone in my problems I won’t have been the first person to be messed about and I’m sure I won’t be the last. If you do have to use this garage I wish you the best of luck and hope you have a better experience
